Family Medicine services for all ages are provided using a monthly membership model rather than billing insurance for services. Patients will have direct access to their physician 24/7, 365 days a year. Monthly membership includes all office visits for acute, chronic, or preventive care, as well as routine laboratory testing and imaging.
