Direct Primary Care

Family Medicine services for all ages are provided using a monthly membership model rather than billing insurance for services. Patients will have direct access to their physician by phone or text. Monthly membership includes all office visits for acute, chronic, or preventive care. Point of care testing (viral testing, ECG, pregnancy test, etc.) will be provided at no extra cost. Procedures, imaging and labs will be offered at affordable rates.
